First off, let me say thank you for taking the time to click on the link and read this. If you are familiar with me from NewRock's airwaves I know what you're thinking:
"They really gave this guy an avenue to spout even MORE nonsense"?
Answer is yes……yes they did.
But fear not my friend, because we don't do that here!!!! No, this is going to be a tool for GOOD in a sea of internet-hate and self indulgance. This blog does not belong to ME, but rather, YOU.
What I want to do here is open up a discussion WITH you..not AT you. There is a huge difference between the two. Bloggers are repeat offenders of loving their own words too much….and stating their opinions as facts. Arousing anger and flame wars with half truths, and manipulative language. Even though that's what's keeping the Interwebs in business, I don't want that for the people I love.
So what do we talk about then?
That's the beauty of this. We discuss what YOU want to. What interests you is what interests me. Rock-News, Music, Art, Food(Jake's favorite), Random one-liners you come up with, ANYTHING!!!!! I want you to dictate the next days topic. Instead of trying to win an internet fight, we come together and share thoughts on what unifies us, not what sets us apart.
The internet can be a scary place, but here there is hope……Like Luke Skywalker.
