So, a massive beef between Bernard Sumner and Peter Hook has created a rift in the New Order/Joy Division family with Hook no longer in New Order. But he does have his own band called Peter Hook and The Light which plays sets of Joy Division music live. Having never seen the band live, I reserve judgement on how they present the music but below is video of Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins joining them for a pretty rippin version of 'Love Will Tear Us Apart'. Very cool and it allows the music of Ian Curtis to live on for newbies to discover.
