Rise Against have released another video for their upcoming collection the Ghost Note Symphonies, Vol. 1, which sees the them  taking songs from their catalog and stripping them down. This time around, it’s the track “Like the Angel,” which originally appeared on their 2003 sophomore LP, Revolutions per Minute.

The video, which can be seen below, is about as bare bones as it gets. Featuring an off the hook pay telephone disconnected at the side of a busy intersection, the song plays as cars pass by in both directions. “Like the Angel” follows the release of “House on Fire”, you can check that out here

Ghost Note Symphonies, Vol. 1 was recorded at the Blasting Room, the Fort Collins Colo. studio where Rise Against have recorded a number of their albums with Bill Stevenson and Jason Livermore

“You’ll find the songs stripped down, with alternate instrumentation, unique orchestration and a surprise or two,” revealed the band while teasing the project, which is set to land on shelves July 27.
