The Foo Fighters have gone ahead and made a horror comedy of their own on the DL, Studio 666. The story, which was conceived by Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl and written by Jeff Buhler (the 2019 version of Pet Sematary) and Rebecca Hughes, is precisely what you’re thinking, read below.

““In Studio 666, the legendary rock band Foo Fighters move into an Encino mansion steeped in grisly rock and roll history to record their much anticipated 10th album.  Once in the house, Dave Grohl finds himself grappling with supernatural forces that threaten both the completion of the album and the lives of the band.”

Says Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl about Studio 666:

“After decades of ridiculous music videos and numerous music documentaries under our collective belts, it was finally time to take it to the next level… A full length feature horror comedy film.

Unfortunately, there’s no trailer for Studio 666 yet. But the movie is getting a release in 2,000+ theaters on February 25, so expect to see something soon. In the meantime, you can visit the Studio 666 website to keep up-to-date.
